Queen Frostile

Here's the official reference for my new OC villain, Queen Frostile! Also, this has nothing to do with Disney's Frozen, and Frostile is not Elsa. I designed the Frost Pony species before I even knew what Frozen was.

ALSO, her name isn't pronounced Frostile-rhymes-with-hostile I didn't even think of that XD but a few people have pointed it out to me. It's pronounced Frostile-rhymes-with-still, like mill and hill and all that stuff XD

Backstory (taken from the pic above)


She is a Frost Pony Queen (fav.me/d6ypjxl of these ponies) who has conquered the whole Frost Pony population with her army of guards. She used to be a frost pony unicorn princess in a large village, but was very ambitious and cold-hearted and arranged for her parents to be locked in a dungeon far below ground. She took over her village, along with the surrounding land, and ruled cruelly over her subjects. Frostile began to conquer villages and cities among the desolate Crystal Mountains, quietly obtaining town after town as her territory grew.
However, Frostile's subjects were very disrespectful and hated their new queen, labeling her as a "curse" and that she was never meant to be their ruler.
Enraged, Frostile turned to an option she had never thought of before: alicornhood.
She poured over all the magical tomes she could get her hooves on, and finally, after months of searching, found an ancient Windigo enchantment that would grant her the wings she desired. However, it came with a price: whoever gained the wings would also adopt the features of a Windigo. As a Frost Pony, Frostile knew she already had partial Windigo heritage, so she discarded the warning and cast the spell on herself. Immediately, she sprouted wings, but they were made of ice, the feathers as sharp as blades. Her horn become lumpy and un-uniform, stretching out to a point until it was a flashing icicle. Her coat froze in rough patches all over her body, and her mane hardened into solid ice. Slitted-eyes gleaming, Frostile laughed as she felt the cold pierce her heart and freeze her soul. She didn't care. She had the wings she had dreamed of.
Calling a gathering of all of her subjects for three days, she presented herself before her kingdom and declared herself their queen. Her subjects, terrified, knelt in submission.
For the next few months, Frostile was satisfied. Her subjects heeded her every word, and she had everything she could dream of.
Except for one thing.

Frostile squinted her eyes and stared from her balcony out over the mountains. The snowy peaks rose into the air, obscuring the land beyond from view. Still, she knew what was there. The beautiful rolling hills and large bustling cities of her newfound destination:

She must have Equestria.
